BEFORE WE CAN SOLVE A PROBLEM WE FIRST NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM…

Understanding Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) involves recognizing them as neurodevelopmental conditions characterized by difficulties with attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. While ADD typically refers to challenges with attention and focus, ADHD includes symptoms of hyperactivity and impulsivity as well. These conditions can manifest differently in each individual, with symptoms ranging from mild to severe. Understanding ADD and ADHD also involves recognizing the impact they can have on various aspects of life, including academic performance, social relationships, and self-esteem. Through education, therapy, and personalized treatment plans, individuals with ADD and ADHD can learn to manage their symptoms effectively and thrive in their daily lives.
