Our Team

Ashley Inserra is an experienced human resources professional with over 12 years of experience. In 2019, to make a difference for her own family and others affected by addiction, Ashley began participating in advocacy efforts for incarcerated individuals to receive recovery and addiction support. Through her work with various organizations, she was offered a Human Resources role for a re-entry facility supporting those coming out of prison. Alongside her husband, Jason, Ashley advocates, supports, and works with recovery-related organizations to educate and assist individuals and their families.
