With nearly a decade of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, Erica Tolley is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care that supports each individual’s recovery journey. Her approach combines empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to helping clients heal both physically and emotionally. Erica is currently working toward obtaining her Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) credential to further enhance her clinical expertise.

Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through crafting and spending time in her craft studio making personalized projects. Erica is proud to be part of the Desert Recovery Centers team, where she contributes to a culture of care, collaboration, and hope for every client.
